Both File 1 and File 2 are supported. It's easy to play with friends, and passworded games are supported. There are some good videos out there for setup, see https://youtu.be/fNPcwFV0oH0?si=1p6Ir-ci16OU0Z19. If you prefer written guides, see https://wiki.obsrv.org/index.php?n=Network.PCSX2. There's information there regarding a lot of other things as well.Howdy all, I tried setting up RE:O online almost 10 years ago but got sketched out due to some of the programs I had to install to get the online working again but I was young and dumb and I was pretty computer illiterate compared to today. How feasible would it be to play this with a group of friends on discord, are private/passworded games possible? I've been wanting to play some scenarios online for years but I'm not even sure where to begin regarding hosting. I saw people were playing File 1 scenarios, I was under the impression that only File 2 had its online component, is there a mod for File 2 that adds the File 1 content or would I need to get ahold of the NTSC-J version of File 1 as well? I hope to see some of you in the coming days trying to fight for survival in the streets of Raccoon City. I'm still learning some of File 1 and I need to sink my teeth into File 2, hopefully someone can give me pointers where needed.
