Registrations are possible again but new accounts need activation by a moderator.

Also, I am glad that we were able to convince two members to join the staff and spend some sparetime for moderation here.

Thank you for making this move. Is it possible to tell us members the process by which this activation works? I mean, what if there were cases when people just happen to name their account something that resembles the past "bad" members, wouldn't it be unfair if they were denied to register just by face value?

I see thank you. I hope this would be a lesson to the previous offenders. It's a shame that some of them just wasted their chances to make amends when their accounts were all brought back to them.
