I was very happy to learn Outbreak was back online! However... I am not able to play.. My laptop is not able to play via emulator, and I don't have access to a Japanese ps2 /:I used to play Outbreak online all the time before it closed. But, hopefully in the near future I will be able to join you all!
Even if I stand to lose everything, I'll preserve your memory for the tomorrows yet to be.

Haha sure I'll be the captain. My computer is not advanced enough to handle playing it on an emulator so it lags hardcore.

I read interesting problems with emulators. Most notably game freezing issues while playing online with others. Which is primarily why if I do play Outbreak again online, it'll likely be with the help of a Japanese console and a Japanese copy of Outbreak.

Though I am unsure how frequent the freezing issue is or if it effects everyone. Having not used it myself, I can't make a direct claim.
