Outbreak Server Resurrection

Greetings fellow Outbreak fans! I just heard about this project from one of my subscribers on my channel. I just wanted to stop by and say thank you for doing this! I am going to do my best to spread the word about this. I plan on making a video very shortly to bring my subs up to speed on the situation here.

I hope i can get a copy of the game and a JP system to join you all, but in case i can't, have fun and godspeed on getting the other versions to run!
