Outbreak Server Resurrection

First of all i've been a fan of outbreak a long time (5-6) years.I always played single player since the servers are shut down and the bots are giving me a hard time to play the game on harder difficulties (hard).
I'm a decent player fully able to hande easy and normal difficulties and handle hard partially.
Since i just joined i have some questions:
What do i need to do exactly to play online?
I already have the emulator + control +video settings blah blah configured.I have the japanese version of the game + Pcsx2 emulator (so im an emulator player) what else do i have to do in order to play online,i mean configure and such? A given link or explanation would be very appreciated,Thank you.
