How to unlock new scenarios in multiplayer?

I'm very new to the game, so sorry if this is a dumb question. I was playing two-player co-op with a friend, and we finished the Outbreak scenario. Then, I went to make a new room for us to play the next one, but I still only had the Outbreak scenario available. I know there is a memory card with everything unlocked, but I want to try to unlock everything myself. So, how do I unlock the scenarios in multiplayer?

You can only host a scenario after you've beaten it. So join someone else's game and beat the other scenarios, or beat them offline.
