Never got the chance. Spent about an hour setting it up but didn't know no one plays.

You can always check here: https://status.obsrv.org. People do play File 1, just less than File 2, and depending on the time. Stop by the Shoutbox or the Discord to get people together. Also when you login to the game, the player counter will be "0" for West Town. You can ignore that. And the lobby player count once you're in won't show people that are in a game.
