stuck connection before select HN

this happend 4 days ago, i tried Alternate DNS settings, still stuck.
i tested ping, stable 220ms
now only vpn can fix this?

There is never a need for a VPN. Post screenshots of your PCSX2 net settings and your game settings.

ALL auto settings in game connection, and sometimes(5%) no problem, after select HN, game disconnected in 5 mins.

Doesn't really make sense. Your DNS settings are fine. There may be packets dropping along the way or some other issue.
