Outbreak Server Resurrection

Just wanted to say I really appreciated all the hard work that everyone has been putting into this project and it wouldn't be possible without you guys, this means alot to me as I only got a few weeks into REO before it was shut down.

And more thing there is a 62% translated patch for the game incase anyone didn't know don;t use the 80% it crashes the game...I'll link it now.
