Hi there, i'm Indecent. (I promise though, i'm quite decent)
I came across obsrv from someone on twitch.tv (hehehe..) and i have to say i'm amazed that people actually invested time in making a functioning private server for Outbreak. I haven't touched Outbreak in a long time but seeing this project brought all the memories back and made me wanna play the game again. I'm not that great with introductions so i'll stop here.
