I have been following this and other outbreak server efforts for quite a long time. I am in awe on how much progress is being made! 
RE Outbreak Files #1 and #2 are my favorite RE's and I was fortunate enough to play both of them online for quite a while when the servers were still up under the alias Lynx123. Those were great times, and I hope to join everyone in their revival.
