Outbreak Server Resurrection

Hello there,

I just found out about the fan server today and am really excited to actually get this working on my pc! I did play for a bit when the official servers were online but I found the lack of communication to be the biggest problem when trying to do anything. I wanted to ask, is there any workaround for this using the fan server? Maybe teamspeak or other voice program? I also wanted to know, how is the performance generally when using the emulator? Does it run good for you or are there hiccups or slowdowns here and there?

Theres the shoutbox that will allow you to communicate better and no to teamspeak, probably because I only use the shoutbox.To find the shoutbox click the Board index. And as for the emulator its best for low settings cause its much smoother.
