Outbreak Server Resurrection

Hello you all

I wanted to introduce myself like the others My name is Andreas I'm from germany and I would like to thank you a lot for bringing back the Outbreak online servers I played it the last time on march 2007 as a 13 year old since on april first 2007 the servers for the european game version were shot down I think :/. Nevertheless I'm very exiceted to be able to play it again soon after conforguring it out . I'm looking for a great nostalgic time and hopefully many players to play with ^^

Kannst du mir vielleicht helfen? Ich versuche gerade das zu konfigurieren mit dem Emulator pcsx2 und ich halte mich da an dieses Tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HF4J5NqpkE#t=382 nur ich krieg das nicht mal mit dem Plugin hin. Ich hab pcsx2 jetzt als binare Version mir gehollt und nicht installiert so wie er es auch macht und den Plugin reingetan den er auch benutzt nur friert das jetzt einfach ein wenn ich versuche das Spiel zu starten :/

Welches Plugin meinst Du? Das dev9 funzt nur, wenn winpcap installiert wurde und läuft(reboot). Der pcsx2 braucht directx und c-runtime libs. Ich musste den Kram auf meinem Windows 8.1 64bit für 32bit nochmal nachinstallieren bis alles lief.

Wenn Du die Chance hast, spiele einfach mit einer dicken PS2 + Harddisc, das ist die optimale Ausrüstung, klappt auch in der PAL version. Ansonsten schau Dich mal im Forum "Playing with emulator" um, da findest Du die nötigen Anleitungen.

Danke ich habs jetzt zum Laufen gebracht ich holle mir demnächst eine modifizierte Playstation 2 Slim die auch NTSC Spiele aus Japan abspielen kann.

Yeah I saw that. It's too bad, really. Maybe next time we'll get through it completely.

Yes sometimes I manage to complete whole levels without a freeze like 2 days ago EOTR on VH
