Welcome! I myself prefer the File 1 scenarios to the File 2, so you'll see me there more often. Although, as Snake mentioned, try not to limit yourself, File 2 has some great scenarios and the bonus modes Elimination and especially Showdowns are great!

Oh why not File 2? Is it because you don't have the game or you just don't like it? It's difficult to find file 1 players even during peak hours unless you were able to have it coordinated on chat. So much for that, I am interested to join one of your online scenarios, I love file 1 more than file 2 as well.

Reason about why i play only Outbreak File 1 is simple. First is that, i dont have file 2 yet, but more important reason is that, before i start play File 2 i want master O:F1. I want, take all items, costumes etc in my ps2 version and complete game in 100 %. For now i got almost all Costumes SP item for all character, just one left for Yoko, it`s "Gym Shorts" but i come there 5 times and nothing .

See you one server sometime, i just want play good, you know .

File 1 sp items are different than File 2 sp items, as in it's different item set. It could be Item set A,B or C or even D. You just need to pay attention to that.
