Hello ive been hoping that outbreak would be brought back online for a long time now. My screen name back in early 2000 was UBCSromulox and i used to play quite often. because using an emulator sounds glitchy and i know how frustrating it is to lose a person mid game i see a playstation 2 can be ordered off of amazon that will play NTSC-J, and also NTSC-J copies of both games. looks like total it would cost under 200$ just wondering where other people might be getting consoles and copies of the games, or if anybody has any better ideas...I really want to get back into this.

Get a fat PS2 with an HDD + Network Adaptor and install FreeMcboot + Open PS2 Loader on it. You can play games region free and load the ISO off your HDD.

Total cost is ~$60

No problem. You can use a program called WinHiip to transfer the ISOs to your HDD. Don't forget to patch them into English if you don't understand Japanese. You can PM forum member Silent Hell and he'll hook you up.
