Hello New Player Here

I never got the chance to experience the online PS2 community and my friend and I were talking the other day and he found that Outbreak still had an online presence. So far I haven't been able to get it working on my console (Modded). And I was wondering if there were any guides?

And while I can get the game running I cannot connect online. I have copied the provided saved games to a physical PS2 memory card successfully, but unfortunately not being able to read the Japanese errors have hindered my advancement.
