I am assuming you're doing it Tap wireless correct? Well there is a new method that enables you to play via HDD.Which makes your game load quicker.Now you may not need Hdd but what is interesting about it is that you can connect straight away no need to set anything just put the new Dev9 and your ready to go .

I swear I am losing my damn patience on you people who do not use the proper posts. Why don't you post this on emulator/ps2 or exp or appointments. This is only for introduction, and I am also sick and tired of seeing people break the damn rules on mediation topic, it seems like nobody cares about the rules now.

Maybe you need to update with the correct server DNS address.

The problem is the version of your emulator.
I had that problem before. Use 1.5.0 with different DEV plugin

I also got this issue too when I was using wireless connection. When I change to wired connection, the same problem is gone. I think if you change it to wired connection, it may fix the problem for you. Another possible problem is that you have the wrong network configuration in the game. Please make sure you have configured your PC's IP address, Router's IP address, Subnet Mask and Server's DNS correctly. This is all I can give you for now.
