Is Outbreak server down?

I can't seem to connect either file 1 or file 2's server, is the server down or there's an update i didn't know?

We're doing some work on the mail server to try to take care of the Gmail situation and in the meantime it's taken our other servers offline. We'll give you guys an ETA when we have it.

This was absolutely necessary so that more players can join the outbreak server.

Any idea on why it went down? Did it have to do with all the 'ghost' players that were listed on the Outbreak File 1 server list but actually weren't playing? Kept seeing that list piling up.
