Imo if i have already have a legit copy of the game (pal) I dont think it should have to buy it again to enjoy the game fully. + Capcom isnt reciving any money anymore from this game so they couldnt care less if we got it...
It's kind of silly to even have rules. I might be remembering wrong but isnt it ways to block people in the game? If you come across an asshole just block and dont ever play with him or her again......
