Outbreak Server Resurrection

I got everything working except the last step where you run the server. The commands don't make sense as there is no /dist folder in either the file1 or file2 server files or a .jar file on github.

I was wondering, could the server be run within a VirtualBox Virtual Machine, or do you need a Raspberry Pi to run everything?

For the in-game network settings you can set IP and DNS to auto. Only the DNS settings in CLRDEV9 needs to be set.

You can use a program called mymc to import save files directly to the virtual ps2 memory card used by pcsx2.

If NTSC File 2 ever goes online, I will make available my adlibs patch which restore all the character voices in the USA version.

The enclosure is needed to hook up the hdd to the computer since most computers these days don't come with IDE connectors on the motherboard.

I do believe the Alyssa glitch might have been fixed on a newer version of Resident Evil Outbreak.
Edit: I've seen both a version 1.01 and 2.00.

If USA File 2 gets revived, I will release a patch that enables adlibs, for anyone who's worried about the lack of voice adlibs.

It never existed in file 1. It's exclusive to file 2.

Is it a slim of fat ps2? Either way the best method to play a japanese game on an american console is with swap magic. If you have a fat ps2 you can hook up any ide hard drive to the network adapter and install the game to it.
