Well, I just got off the phone with the specialist and he will have to get in to it. He said that if it wont open he does have an enormous cutting blade so he can pop it open. Hope this helps!
Well, we can back date our policies a little, but because i have never seen an insurance adjustor swim we may need to have a third party specialist perform a diving adjustment. Cheers!
