can not connection shoutbox via edge explorer, but my phone can connect, this happend few days ago, is it edge explorer problem?

cindy npc can't adlib the password(2236) in DT,
but cindy can do, even partner can't see the code, but still can open.
maybe i will fix it, but idk when i want to do.

after choose new game in east area, you will see j's bar, but 2d picture, then you need wait for 10 minutes. only player 1 can control your character, if you want more players, just wait and let them choose different characters. after beat first scenario, you can save game, then choose next scenario...

i tested ping, stable 220ms
now only vpn can fix this?

There is never a need for a VPN. Post screenshots of your PCSX2 net settings and your game settings.

ALL auto settings in game connection, and sometimes(5%) no problem, after select HN, game disconnected in 5 mins.

so what is ip in .sh files? hills says public ip, and in dev9 is route ip (192.168.x.x) this made me confuse. I play outbreak on emu. I found forward port setting in virtual box option, but dont know how to do. I found dmz option in router, I need input public ip or router ip? now all IPs changed to...

The only thing you could do is run a vpn with other people that want to connect. I've tried it with both Hamachi and SoftEther and seemed to work fine.
