Outbreak Server Resurrection

Member getting a code breaker to do the whole memory character switch from files to get the unused character npcs , i hasn't played for a couple days ,and when I came back the servers were over for file1 and that was the last of outbreak , membering those feels , Barries burton memberings :mrgreen:
