The easiest way to setup everything would be by following Dear Yoko's youtube video on how to play Resident Evil Outbreak online, just type on the search bar "Dear Yoko Resident Evil Outbreak" and it should be the first to appear. If you get any errors then you should head back here and try to ask for help.
