Outbreak Server Resurrection

I joined this community since 2015, and unlocked everything in File 1 (didn't use the pre-made save file; from scratch to 100%) with the help from many many expert players. Then I quit (Well......sort of......=D) because of revelations 1 and 2

. Now I'm back and ready to start File 2 from scratch
