A quick question

Hello everyone I been wanting to play this game for so long with my cousins. We finally finished setting it up but now it says he's banned. I don't think he's ever even been on this site. Does anyone know why and what we can do to uplift it? Thank You in advance.

Can your friend email us on the internet he uses to play on? It may very well be that his IP was banned because someone was using an IP within that range that was evading a ban via VPN. If he already did email, can he try again?
