Hey there I finally got this working! and I'm enjoying it a lot. . .although I haven't won a single online game x. x the game is pretty rough even on easy mode, so. . . excuse me if I suck a lot, I played this game as a child and even there I couldn't beat it

True, Outbreak is more of a strategy rbg hybrid kinda game, so hassles are expected. You'll learn with trial and error.
