Outbreak Server Resurrection

Hello admins and players alike
i felt deep nostalgia for the outbreak games and i cant wait to try them out
i still own the original copies of the games but they are english versions
looks like im gonna use emulator for now..

I have to thank everyone involving the server creation for this game and i cant thank you enough
i wish i could support somehow but i lack the skills..
