Outbreak Server Resurrection

I always wanted to play the Outbreak games but gave up hope once the servers turned off. It's been fun playing file 1 with people even though I'm mostly a dead weight compared to people who can clearly do most levels with their eyes closed. Thanks for letting me tag along!

Many of us bring years of past server/online experience with us, so its only natural for a bit of a gap to be there for new folks, but thats ok and eventually everyone does get better.
