Server restart time

I pushed the daily restart four hours into the future. 6.00 EST instead of 2.00 EST.

This is great. It used to go off at 11PM which is usually when I'm playing but now it will be 3:00AM which is much more convenient. However, I disconnected last night at that time and had no idea why. Now I do. Lol.
