Outbreak Server Resurrection

The community on this board is getting more and more active. That\'s good because it shows the interest in this project. But it also means a lot of work for me. So I decided to give the following moderator roles:

Cool. Its good to know who they are in a list so we dont have people on other sites pretending to be a moderator of this one.
