Yes, ripping game disc ISOs onto pc (Burner), and playing off game ISOs with emu as platform. Japanese discs ripped to pc and running them off emu is legit.

That would be an entirely new project, and IMO, that's not going to happen. All attempts have ended with some serious roadblocks. Like trying to make a cake without a recipe and no ingredients.

And I played Outbreak from launch until File 2 came out in 05, and File 2 only for 4-5 months in 2005 post-launch, so a lot of people here were new to me since they played after me.
