Outbreak Server Resurrection

It seems when I connect with one nickname, then the next time i connect again, it then says that same nickname is already in use.

*nvm, figured out issue with jake's help. Character limit is just 9. First irc server i've seen where character limit was just 9.

Got into the irc channel. Looks pretty dead in there. I'm the only one in the chat room.

Sup sup. I never really introduced myself yet, so I'm doing it now. Just a old timer on file 1 and 2 back when capcom servers were still up. Don't have a modded ps2 so I'll most likely play on emulator. I did play a bit during the open beta. I still own a copy of file 1 and file 2. More than willing...
